“How do we know our irreplaceable family photo albums are safe?”
Security and preservation are our highest priorities. Our facilities are climate-controlled with 24/7 continuous security monitoring. Your irreplaceable memories are safer with us than in a humid attic or damp basement.
“Can my adult children request boxes directly to their own apartments?”
“Can my adult children request boxes directly to their own apartments?”
Yes, this is exactly how the Virtual Closet works. You can easily update a box’s delivery address to ship straight to your son or daughter’s new apartment or college dorm, transferring the legacy seamlessly.
“How do we coordinate a pickup if we are actively sorting through decades of items over several weeks?”
You can completely set your own pace. There is no rush to pack everything in a single weekend. We can drop off your empty boxes ahead of time, and you can schedule your UPS pickups incrementally—sending out a few boxes at a time as you sort through your rooms.
