"Is there an extra charge for a Combined Household account?”
No, our service is an all inclusive fee of $15/box/month regardless of whether you elect to have individual Virtual Closets or combined as one. Managing your space together is effortless, allowing both of you to access your Virtual Closet, catalog items as you need and request what you need when you need at any time.

"Can you pick up from our two different apartments and deliver to our new one?”
Yes! That is the beauty of the Virtual Closet. We can ship empty boxes to both of your locations. When ready for pickup, simply schedule pick up in your digital dashboard and UPS will pick them up from both of your doorsteps. Simply select the boxes you need in your digital dashboard and UPS will deliver to your new location.
“We have duplicate sets of bedding and kitchenware. Can we store with Space?”
“We have duplicate sets of bedding and kitchenware. Can we store with Space?”
Absolutely. Our structurally reinforced Mint Boxes measure 23” L x 15.25" W x 14" H. This spacious sizing gives you plenty of room to pack bulky bedding or household kitchenware safely. Boxes over 50 lbs are subject to a $30 shipping and handling fee per box. Most fully packed boxes weigh around 35 lbs, so this is rarely an issue. Boxes exceeding 75 lbs cannot be accepted.
"Can we elect to separate our combined Virtual Closet at a later date?"
We make space logistics simple and stress-free. Because items are tracked by individual boxes in your Virtual Closet, our support team can easily split a joint account into two separate Virtual Closet profiles.
