How Space Works

  • Boxes arrive at your home in 3 days or less and come pre-labeled with tape, vacuum sealed bag, and wrapping paper.

  • Create box profiles in your Space account. Add pictures, tags and descriptions, and you will always know what you have in storage. Once packing is complete, seal the box with our pre-supplied tape.

  • Never visit a storage unit again. Schedule a UPS pick-up and let them do all the heavy lifting. We'll store your things in our facilities for however long you need, for $10/box per month.

  • Simply log into your Space account, pick the box(es) you want shipped back, choose any US address, and your things will be delivered to you in 3 days or less.

    With a few taps of a button, you can order a box, fill it with the things you want to store, and book a pickup from the comfort of your home. With our partner UPS, we'll collect your box from your doorstep and store it in one of our secure warehouses until you're ready to have it shipped back to you.

  • We only store items that can be packed into our Space boxes. Our standard box measures 24x18x14” and includes helpful packing supplies such as tape, packing paper and vacuum seal bags. We do have a list of prohibited items which you can view here in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes. Our partnership with UPS means that we have access to a network of secure, strategically located warehouses across the country. All of these are staffed around the clock and have 24-hour surveillance. In-person pickups are not allowed, so your box will never be taken by someone else.

  • All of your boxes can be managed in your Space account. Here, you can select a box and have it shipped back to a location of your choice. Boxes are shipped to you in 3 days or less, with most areas qualifying for 2-day shipping.

  • We provide our flat rate nation-wide shipping rate of $20 for each box to a limit of 50 lbs. If you pack a box that is heavier than this, it will incur additional shipping fees. Unfortunately we cannot accept any box over 75 lbs.
